Due to a child being identified as having a nut allergy we would politely ask that no nuts or nut-based products ie peanut butter are sent into school in packed lunches or as snacks. Many thanks

Penpal Wanted

We have been made aware of a child from a different area who is feeling
isolated at the moment. She lives in Pembrokeshire and is homeschooled so doesn’t have regular contact with any classmates.
If you think your son or daughter might like to write to her and make a new friend, please contact Clara Devlin on 07948 058037.

Please note the day for the collection is Thursday 5th November.

Bags will be sent home this week

We are unable to accept bags into school before this date instead, we ask that any bags are bought and left at the village hall on the morning of the collection.

Click on this link for the E leaflet explaining all about it.

Safeguarding your children

If there is a change to the collection arrangements of your child at the end of the school day, then you must inform us via a telephone call to the school office or a message in the link books provided for such communication.

Thank you

Dental / Medical appointments

Where possible these appointments should be sought out of school hours, so as not to impede your child's learning, but if this is not possible then the appointment card or letter must be bought to the school office, so the correct absence code can be used.

Please note that we have been advised by the Local authority that the insurance on the school taxi is invalidated if friends accompany children who are entitled or pay for this travel. Therefore in future alternative arrangements will need to be made as they are no longer able to travel in the taxi with them.

Here's a fundraising initiative that won't cost you a penny!

You could be generating a FREE donation to our school with every click. It's that easy. Go to and enter our quick sign up code 54726. There are hundreds of stores just waiting to give us their money.

Don't delay sign up today!

We are aware that some of you paid for the Science Club for the Summer term, which, for obvious reasons, didn’t take place.  Sue Hayward from the Science Club will issue a refund should you want one, if you contact her directly.  Alternatively, she can hold on to it until such time as we are able to start clubs again.

PE Kit

(Click on the photo for a link to our current policy)

Children will be asked to come to school dressed in appropriate PE Kit on their allocated day.

Class 1 - Wednesday (WC 14/9)

Class 2 - Friday

Class 3 - Tuesday (subject to change)

The children will remain in this kit for the whole school day therefore its important as the weather changes they have a warm jumper and joggers to put on as well for the child's comfort .

Panto cancelled BUT CHRISTMAS hasn't.
